With the goal of defining a new vision, a new strategy and clearly articulated priorities, we sought out to create a plan to ensure a stronger school and a powerful educational experience for our students. We wanted a plan that is relevant for a world where change is the only constant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-677b886 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"677b886\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The process was led by our Board of Governors, its Strategic Planning Committee and the Leadership Team. Consultants Berlineaton and Sharon Gregg assisted us with facilitation, data, analysis and strategy.\u00a0<\/p><p>Through surveys and focus groups, we relied on the minds and experiences of alum, students, parents, guardians, faculty and staff. We also reached out to draw upon the experience of a broad range of educators, thought leaders and professionals. It is the input from this comprehensive group of voices that makes us so confident in The Spark
